Maggie Klausch moved with her parents to South Florida from Toronto, Canada in 1997. Shortly after, her parents began investing and flipping homes in several different areas throughout Broward county. This gave Maggie much insight and knowledge at a very young age in several different important aspects of real estate. She spent much of her time outside of school helping and participating in her parents business venture. From purchasing homes, remodeling homes, and ultimately selling the homes. She also gained a tremendous amount of market knowledge over the years witnessing the growth and change throughout much of Broward county.
After graduating Northeast High School, Maggie went on to study International Business Management at Florida Atlantic University. During this time, she worked as an assistant to a top producing Realtor in Broward furthering her knowledge in the real estate market. Shortly after receiving her diploma, the real estate market began its downward spiral and Maggie made the decision to pursue a career in restaurant management. Maggie's intense interest and passion for real estate could not keep her away from the career she knew in her heart she was meant to do. In 2014, Maggie completed her Florida Real Estate license and signed on with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Florida 1st.
Maggie is an assertive and effective agent without being aggressive. She is a strong negotiator and advocate for her clients. Her compassion and respect for her clients and deep understanding of there needs helps ease them during a processes that can sometimes be stressful. As important as Maggie's personal success is in real estate, she devotes her time off to her family. They are her strongest supports and her biggest motivators.
